【缓解妊娠恶心小贴士】

近期,很多准父母的宝宝已经在ORM顺利移植,开始了新的旅程,接下来将在妈妈或者爱心妈妈的肚中开始孕育,因此目前处于孕早期的孕妈妈较多。有部分妈妈们也会在怀孕前三月产生明显的孕吐反应。


那么,如何帮助她们减缓孕期恶心呢?今天我们特意将ORM整理的【缓解妊娠恶心小贴士】分享出来,希望准妈妈能缓解状况,充分享受孕期的生活。我们也附有英文版,准父母们同样可以分享给美国的爱心妈妈。


BEFORE YOU GO TO BED

Be sure to have plenty of fresh air if the room where you sleep. The odor of soiled clothes and other household odors in the room where you sleep may upset your stomach. Place cooked rice or dry bread products within reach of your bed.   You can use rice, toast, dry bread, dry biscuits, or ready-to-eat cereals.


入睡前请保证您睡觉的卧室有足够的新鲜空气。未洗涤过的衣物和睡觉卧室中其他的异味可能会导致您的胃部不适。请在床边够得到地方放一些米饭或者干面包之类的食品。比如:米饭,土司,干面包,干饼干,马上可以食用的麦片。



BEFORE YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING

Eat some of the cooked rice or dry bread. Do not use oils or spices.


起床前吃一些米饭或干面包。放一点点果酱,味道好一些,但是不要使用黄油或者人造黄油。



WHEN YOU GET UP

Get up very slowly, take several minutes. Avoid sudden movements when getting out of bed.


当您起床时请花上几分钟慢慢起身。下床时,避免突然的变换姿势。



BEFORE YOU COOK A MEAL

Eat some more plain rice a little while after you get up and before you cook a meal.


做饭前,起床后,和您做饭前,吃一些米饭。



WHEN YOU COOK A MEAL

Have a window open while you cook a meal to get rid of the odor of cooking foods.


做饭时,打开窗户,让空气流通,放掉异味。



MEALS

Eat several small meals a day instead of three large ones, because you are more likely to feel nauseated when your stomach is empty. Do not drink fluids or eat soups at mealtimes. If you are thirsty, try taking small sips of water. Sometimes during the day you will find you can eat a regular meal. Be sure not to overeat at this time.


吃饭时,少食多餐来代替一日三餐。当您胃空时,您更可能有恶心的感觉。吃饭时不要喝饮料或是汤。如果您觉得渴,请试着小口喝水。有时您会觉得您能吃正餐。但是注意请不要过食。



FOODS TO AVOID

Fats and greasy foods tend to upset the stomach. For this reason, avoid fried foods and food cooked with grease, oils, or fatty meats. Eat very little or none of the following foods: butter, margarine, gravy, bacon, salt pork, oils, mayonnaise, salad dressings, pie crusts, pastries. Highly seasoned foods such as those cooked with garlic, onion, pepper, chili, and other spices may upset your stomach. Eat lightly seasoned foods. Avoid foods that give you gas.


避免的食物,脂肪和油质食物易于激惹肠胃。基于此原因,请避免食用油炒食品,避免烹饪中用油过多或者肥肉。可以吃少量或者完全不吃的食物包括:奶油,人造黄油,肉汁,培根,咸猪肉,食用油,蛋黄酱,沙拉酱, 烘酥的外皮,酥皮糕点;调味过浓的食物有烹调中加了蒜,洋葱,胡椒,红辣椒,和其他引起您胃部 不适的调味料。吃调味较淡的食物。避免食用会产生胃肠胀气的食物。



BETWEEN MEALS

Drink small sips of liquids frequently between meals. Take milk, water, fruit juices, coffee, tea, and soups only between meals. When you feel nauseated, drink a small amount of the following: orange juice, grape juice, grapefruit juice, or carbonated beverages.


每餐之间,可以少喝点流质实物。仅在每餐之间和牛奶,水,果汁,咖啡,茶和汤。当您觉得恶心时,可以喝少量的橙汁,葡萄汁,柚子汁,二氧化碳饮料。



IF YOU CONTINUE TO VOMIT

Be sure to tell the doctor; he or she may have other suggestions to help you.


如果您持续呕吐,吃下的食物一定要告诉您的医生;医生会帮助您给你有关饮食中适当的建议。



OTHER HELPFUL TIPS

Take Vitamin B6 75-100mg daily for three days then off for one day. For severe nausea, take the B6 with 1/2 tablet   of Unisom (a mild over-the-counter sleeping pill). Ginger root and papaya may help decrease nausea. Take   prenatal vitamins before bedtime. If you are unable to keep fluids or food down in a 24-hour period, please call the office.


连续三天每天服用维生素 B6,75-100 毫克,之后停一天。严重恶心,和 B6一起服用半片 Unisom(非处方轻度安眠药)。姜和木瓜可以帮助减轻恶心。睡前吃产前维他命。如果您在24小时内不能喝或者不能吃,请及时联系妊娠机构。
